Service delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client response time, and external factors beyond our control.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, updated information required for project execution.
- Supply necessary content, credentials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure all materials provided (images, videos, logos, text, etc.) are legally owned or licensed.
- Not misuse our services for illegal or unethical purposes.
WebDevo.in is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client inputs.
5. Payments & Billing
- All service charges must be paid as per the agreed proposal, quotation, or invoice.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- For monthly services (SEO, SMM, Ads Management), payments must be made in advance.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
- Prices may change over time, but existing clients will be informed in advance.
6. Project Timelines
Project timelines provided by WebDevo.in are estimates. They may extend due to:
- Delays in client approvals
- Additional features or changes requested by the client
- Technical or third-party dependencies
- Unforeseen circumstances (server issues, platform downtimes, etc.)
WebDevo.in is not liable for losses caused by timeline changes.
7. Revisions & Modifications
- Most services include a limited number of revisions (defined in the project proposal).
- Additional revisions or new features will be charged separately.
- Once a project is delivered and approved, any future changes will be billed under maintenance or support service.
8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our services may use third-party tools, platforms, and APIs (Google, Meta, Hosting Providers, Plugins, etc.).
WebDevo.in is not responsible for:
- Downtime of third-party services
- Policy changes by third-party platforms
- Additional fees charged by third-party providers
9. Advertising Budgets
For Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns:
- Ad spend budgets paid to platforms are separate from WebDevo.in service charges.
- We do not provide guarantees on ad results, lead volume, or ROI.
- Performance depends on market competition, niche, budget, and audience behavior.
10. No Guarantee of Results
WebDevo.in uses industry-standard methods, but we do not guarantee:
- Specific ranking positions on Google
- Exact number of leads, conversions, or sales
- Specific revenue or performance metrics
Results depend on multiple factors outside our control.
11. Confidentiality
Both the Client and WebDevo.in agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information, documents, strategies, and login credentials.
We do not disclose client information to any third party unless required by law.
12. Intellectual Property
- All custom-created designs, content, and materials remain the property of WebDevo.in until full payment is received.
- After project completion and payment clearance, ownership rights may be transferred to the client as agreed.
- WebDevo.in may showcase completed projects in portfolios unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
13. Limitation of Liability
WebDevo.in shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business disruptions, downtime, or website issues
- Damages caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or platforms
- Outcomes of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Ads, SMM, etc.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
14. Termination of Services
We may terminate or suspend services if:
- The client violates these Terms & Conditions
- Payments are overdue
- The project involves illegal or unethical activities
Upon termination, no refunds will be issued.
15. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold WebDevo.in harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Use of our services
- Content provided by the client
- Violation of applicable laws
- Misuse of website or digital assets
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
