The term “Services” includes all digital marketing, development, branding, consulting, and related solutions provided by WebDevo.in, including but not limited to website designing and development, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media optimization and marketing (SMO/SMM), Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC advertising, branding, content creation, and digital consulting services.

By using WebDevo.in, contacting us through our website, email, phone, or social platforms, or by purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. You further confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws and that you will use our website and services only for lawful, ethical, and permitted purposes. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of applicable laws may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

WebDevo.in provides professional digital marketing and development services designed to support business growth and online visibility. While we aim to deliver high-quality services within estimated timelines, all service timelines shared by WebDevo.in are indicative and not guaranteed. Project delivery may vary based on factors such as project complexity, client responsiveness, approval timelines, technical requirements, availability of resources, or dependencies on third-party platforms and tools. WebDevo.in shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to factors beyond its reasonable control.

The client agrees to cooperate fully during the project lifecycle by providing accurate, complete, and updated information necessary for service execution. This includes timely submission of content, images, videos, logos, credentials, approvals, and feedback. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all materials shared with WebDevo.in are legally owned, licensed, or authorized for use. WebDevo.in will not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from client-provided content, nor for delays resulting from incomplete or delayed client inputs.

All payments for services must be made strictly in accordance with the agreed proposal, quotation, or invoice issued by WebDevo.in. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all payments once made are non-refundable. For recurring or monthly services such as SEO, SMM, and ads management, advance payment is mandatory to continue service delivery. Failure to make payments on time may result in temporary suspension, delayed execution, or permanent termination of services. WebDevo.in reserves the right to revise service pricing from time to time, and any pricing changes will be communicated to existing clients in advance.

Project timelines provided by WebDevo.in are estimates and may be extended due to delayed approvals, scope changes, additional feature requests, technical challenges, third-party tool limitations, platform downtimes, or unforeseen circumstances such as server outages. Any losses, business impact, or inconvenience caused due to timeline changes shall not be the responsibility of WebDevo.in.

Most services offered by WebDevo.in include a defined number of revisions as mentioned in the project proposal or agreement. Requests beyond the included revisions, additional features, or changes to approved work will be considered out-of-scope and may be charged separately. Once a project has been delivered and approved by the client, any further modifications, enhancements, or updates will be billed under maintenance, support, or new service agreements.

In the course of delivering services, WebDevo.in may use or integrate third-party tools, platforms, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, or software, including but not limited to Google, Meta, analytics tools, and hosting services. WebDevo.in does not control these third-party platforms and shall not be responsible for their downtime, policy updates, feature changes, security issues, or additional fees charged by such providers.

For advertising services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns, the advertising budget paid directly to advertising platforms is separate from WebDevo.in’s service or management fees. WebDevo.in does not guarantee ad performance, lead quantity, conversions, sales, or return on investment. Campaign results are influenced by multiple factors including market competition, industry trends, targeting settings, ad creatives, budget, and user behavior, which are beyond our direct control.

While WebDevo.in follows industry best practices, ethical strategies, and proven methodologies, we do not guarantee specific Google ranking positions, fixed traffic growth, a certain number of leads, conversions, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results vary and depend on multiple internal and external factors, including algorithm updates and competitive environments.

Both WebDevo.in and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared information, documents, business strategies, project data, and login credentials. WebDevo.in will not disclose client information to any third party except when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

All custom-created designs, content, code, strategies, and materials developed by WebDevo.in shall remain the intellectual property of WebDevo.in until full payment for the relevant service is received. Upon complete payment and project closure, ownership rights may be transferred to the client as agreed in writing. WebDevo.in reserves the right to display completed projects, designs, or case studies in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

WebDevo.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, data loss, business interruptions, website downtime, or damages arising from third-party tools, hosting services, or platforms. Our total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

WebDevo.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion if the client violates these Terms & Conditions, fails to make timely payments, or engages in illegal, unethical, or prohibited activities. In such cases, no refunds shall be issued.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. WebDevo.in reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the website or services shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
