Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service execution, including content, credentials, approvals, and feedback. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all provided materials are legally owned or authorized for use.

Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made strictly as per the agreed proposal or invoice. Unless explicitly stated in writing, all payments made to WebDevo.in are non-refundable. For recurring services, advance payment is mandatory to continue service delivery.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Each service includes a limited number of revisions as defined in the agreement. Any additional revisions, changes, or feature requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as out-of-scope and may be charged separately.

WebDevo.in may use third-party platforms, tools, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, or advertising platforms. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, feature updates, or additional charges imposed by such third-party services.

Advertising & Performance Disclaimer

Confidentiality

Intellectual Property

All designs, content, code, and materials created by WebDevo.in remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership may be transferred as agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Termination
